Television star Ellen DeGeneres has received minor injuries in a car accident in Los Angeles.
According to reports, the chat show host was stopped at a red traffic light when another car smashed into the back of her car.
Los Angeles Police Department Sergeant Ken Buscarino said: "She had a little neck and back pain but it doesn't look like it was anything serious. Degeneres was in front. The third car ran into the second car, which hit her."
Police also confirmed that no urgent medical assistance was required at the scene of the accident.
