Charlize Theron is to star in 'Battle in Seattle', the directorial debut of Irish actor Stuart Townsend.
Production Weekly reports that the film is set in Seattle during the chaos surrounding the World Trade Organisation's meeting in the city in 1999.
Townsend also wrote the script for the film.
