Model Sophie Anderton has decided that she will remain on the reality television show 'Love Island', despite announcing yesterday that she wanted to go home.
In an emotional chat in the beach hut, Sophie said: "I feel great that I'm the singleton. I'm not crying about that. I'm crying because I miss my friends and family."
"My managers would kill me for saying all of this, but to be perfectly honest my heart's not here," she said.
But after Sophie was allowed to take a phone call from her mother back home she reconsidered her decision to leave the show.
"I think my mum's seen me go through hell and back. She didn't burst into tears which is remarkable," she said.
"Because she didn't cry, she's given me the strength to carry on. I'm going to go to bed tonight, and wake up tomorrow a new person."
