Claire Forlani is joining the cast of 'CSI: NY' in a recurring role.
The British actress will play Dr Peyton Driscoll, the CSI team's new coroner and the love interest of Detective Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise).
She will make her debut in the first episode of the third season, which premieres in the US on Wednesday 20 September.
Forlani's film credits include 'Green Street', 'Meet Joe Black' and 'The Rock'.
