Actress Kiele Sanchez has joined the cast of 'Lost' for the third series of the hit show.
Variety reports that Sanchez will play a woman called Nikki; she could be a love interest for another new character on the show, played by the Brazilian actor Rodrigo Santoro.
Sanchez has recently completed work on the new Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman film 'Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium'.
The third series of 'Lost' has begun filming in Hawaii and the first episode will premiere on US television on Wednesday 4 October.
