'The OC' star Mischa Barton has been linked to a role in the next series of 'Desperate Housewives'.
According to Hollywood.com, the actress is reported to be in talks with the show's creator Marc Cherry about the possibility of appearing in upcoming episodes of the show.
Cherry's spokesperson said: "He's interviewing and auditioning all the time. I'm sure Mischa would be a welcome asset to the show but who knows what will happen?"
