George Clooney has formed a new television and film production company called Smoke House.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Clooney has formed the company with Grant Heslov, who co-wrote 'Good Night, and Good Luck' with the Oscar-winning star.
Clooney also directed that movie while Heslov also produced it.
Their new company has signed a first-look production and development deal with Warner Bros Television and Warner Bros Pictures.
