Actress Louisa Lytton has announced that she is planning to leave EastEnders in November of this year.
The actress, who plays Ruby Allen in the soap, has said that she would like to work on some new projects.
Lytton said: "I've really enjoyed my time at 'EastEnders'. It's been a great experience which I will never forget, but I am now looking forward to trying new things."
Executive producer Kate Harwood said: "Louisa has been a popular cast member at 'EastEnders', winning a Soap Award as Sexiest Female and a legion of fans. We are currently planning a dramatic exit for her character and we wish her the best of luck for the future."
