Pop singer Kylie Minogue, who is recovering from breast cancer, attended a party at Elton John's home last night.
The singer, who recently announced plans to reschedule her tour, which was cut short after her diagnosis, said: "This is my official coming out."
The singer also recently joined her sister Dannii on stage during a gig in London and performed a song with her.
Also in attendance at Elton John's party, which was held to raise money for the Elton John AIDS foundation, were Shirley Bassey, Natalie Imbruglia, Simon Cowell, Elle Macpherson and Louise Redknapp.
