'Emmerdale' actor Cleveland Campbell has appeared in court, accused of punching a man in the face.
The 28-year-old actor, who plays Danny Daggert in the soap, appeared before Rochdale Magistrates on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm.
During the short hearing, Mr Cleveland confirmed his personal details and entered a plea of not guilty.
The case was adjourned, with the actor being remanded on unconditional bail until 31 July, when he is due to return to Rochdale Magistrates.
The charge resulted from an alleged brawl last November, when Mr Campbell was attending the 21st birthday party of 'Hollyoaks' star Gemma Atkinson.
A 20-year-old man suffered a broken jaw in the alleged incident outside a bar in Heywood, near Rochdale.
