Heath Ledger is in negotiations to replace Colin Farrell in the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic 'I'm Not There'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the Todd Haynes-directed film features seven actors representing Dylan at different stages of his life.
Ledger's 'Brokeback Mountain' co-star Michelle Williams is also set to star in the film, joining Richard Gere, Christian Bale and Julianne Moore in the ensemble cast.
The film, which has also been written by Haynes, is due to begin shooting in Montreal in July.
