Brittany Murphy has signed a deal to star in a new film called 'The Ramen Girl'.
The Hollywood Reporter describes the film as a "romantic dramedy" which follows an American woman (Murphy) who finds herself stuck in Tokyo after a relationship breaks up.
She decides to train as a ramen noodle chef with a tough teacher.
Murphy will also produce the film, with shooting set to begin in September.
