'Lost' star Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to five days in jail after being found guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The actress, who plays ex-cop Ana Lucia Cortez in the series, elected to serve a jail sentence rather than perform the community service which was offered to her by Kaneohe District Judge James Dannenberg.
Ms Rodriguez was taken to Oahu Community Correctional Centre in Hawaii to serve her five day sentence. She was also fined $162.
