Leo DiCaprio flew from location in Mozambique to a hospital in neighbouring South Africa on Saturday after suffering a minor injury while filming his new movie, 'The Blood Diamond'.
The film's publicist, Robert Harris, told Reuters that the 31-year-old star was injured while running.
"It was a minor injury," said Harris. "He was running when it happened. We took him to hospital in South Africa because we just wanted to make sure he was okay, and that done, he is now back to work."
The news agency reports that DiCaprio travelled to the Nelspruit Medi-Clinic, near the Kruger National Park, with a hospital official only saying that the actor had X-rays.
'The Blood Diamond' is due for release later this year and tells the story of two men who find a rare diamond during a civil war.
