Irish actor Colin Farrell and his former girlfriend, Nicole Narain, have reached an amicable settlement over a sex tape that they filmed three years ago.
"We worked out our differences and settled. The terms are confidential, and both parties are happy," said Narain's lawyer.
Last month, the Superior Court denied her motion to dismiss Farrell's lawsuit to prevent distribution of the tape.
Narain had challenged the actor's claim that they agreed to keep the 14-minute videotape private.
A court injunction to prevent its distribution has been in place since July 2005 and, in January, a website which was offering the video for sale was closed down.
