After a marriage of less than three months, Eminem has filed for divorce for a second time from Kimberly Mathers.
The rapper, real name Marshall Mathers III, and his high school sweetheart first divorced in October 2001 after two years of marriage and remarried on 14 January of this year.
They have a 10-year-old daughter, Hailie.
Dennis Dennehy, a spokesperson for Eminem's label Interscope-Geffen Records, said: "I can confirm the divorce papers have been filed. Beyond that we have no comment."
