Antonio Banderas has revealed details about the upcoming 'Shrek' films and a spin-off movie for his character Puss in Boots.
Banderas told MTV that he was going into the studio this week to do his first new recording session as Puss in Boots.
"The story and the recording of the 'Shrek' [films] is very open," said the actor. "We improvise a lot, and many new things come [during] every session, and then they take all of that material and put it together with the animation."
Banderas revealed that Puss in Boots would be getting his own movie, 'Puss in Boots: The Story of an Ogre Killer', which would be released between the third and fourth 'Shrek' movies.
He also told MTV that in the fourth 'Shrek' movie he would also voice Puss in Boots' brother.
The third 'Shrek' movie, 'Shrek the Third', is due out in May 2007; there are no release dates at present for the fourth 'Shrek' film and the Puss in Boots movie.
