'X Factor' judge Sharon Osbourne has been named Freemans Celebrity Mum of the Year at a ceremony in London.
The 53-year-old star beat competition from model Jordan, who was placed second on the list. Supermodel Kate Moss was voted into third place by the public.
Accepting her award, Osbourne said: "I am truly honoured and speechless - which is a first!"
Sharon Osbourne and her rocker husband Ozzy have three children together, Aimee (22), Kelly (21) and Jack (20).
"I'm absolutely delighted to be voted Freemans Celebrity Mum of the Year and the fact that this is a public vote makes it extra special," Osbourne said.
"It has been a very tough few years and the British public have been so supportive of me and the family, and seen that I am a real old-fashioned British girl at heart."
Osbourne, whose family starred in the reality television show 'The Osbournes', has recently overcome colon cancer.
A Freemans spokeswoman said: "We're utterly delighted that Sharon has won the title. The nation obviously truly believes her to be an inspirational mum."
