Julia Roberts is in negotiations to star in a new drama called 'Daniel Isn't Talking'.
Variety reports that the film is based on the Marti Leimbach novel of the same name and looks at parents who find out that their son is autistic.
Roberts previously starred in the big screen adaptation of Leimbach's book 'Dying Young'.
The trade daily adds that Roberts recently optioned the film rights to the Cammie McGovern book 'Eye Contact', which is about a mother and her autistic son.
She will next star opposite Tom Hanks in 'Charlie Wilson's War'.
