With the third film in the Matt Damon-starring 'Bourne...' series, 'The Bourne Ultimatum', due to begin shooting in August, the movie's producer has revealed that there are plans for even more adventures.
Discussing the franchise with MTV News, Frank Marshall said that while 'The Bourne Ultimatum' was the last book in the series written by late author Robert Ludlum, he didn't expect it to be the last big screen adventure for troubled former assassin Jason Bourne.
"It's kinda up to Matt (Damon)," Marshall said. "Maybe to five (films)... At some point, he's gotta find out who he is."
Marshall said that writers would devise new storylines for Damon for other films in the series, with Jason Bourne discovering his true identity.
'The Bourne Ultimatum' will see 'The Bourne Supremacy' director Paul Greengrass return behind the lens for the film, which begins shooting on 1 August.
'The Bourne Ultimatum' is due in cinemas in summer 2007.
