'Celebrity Big Brother' star Pete Burns announced his engagement to his partner Michael Simpson yesterday during a television interview.
The Dead or Alive singer revealed the news on 'Richard and Judy', where he and his partner displayed identical Vivienne Westwood diamante skull design rings.
Burns recently divorced his wife of 20 years, Lynne, but the couple are still good friends.
Burns said: "We've been together in a former life. I lost him a lifetime ago and I've been looking for him ever since. He's a physical part of me."
Speaking about the rings, the singer said: "It symbolises that underneath all this there is bone and underneath that is soul."
