'Desperate Housewives' star Teri Hatcher has revealed that she had a fashion disaster minutes before she was due to step onto the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards last Sunday.
The actress explained in a recent interview that she spilled champagne all over her pink chiffon Vera Wang dress after the limousine in which she travelling took a sharp turn.
"The chiffon colour suddenly turned maroon - a nightmare scenario," Hatcher said, explaining that she then asked the driver to turn the heat up so that she could dry her dress.
"All the heat is coming out of all the vents and three of us have got my dress, holding it over the heaters in the back of the car. And it worked! It totally dried by the time I got up to the thing (red carpet) and I was fine!"
