The Kaiser Chiefs have received a record six nominations for this year's NME Awards.
The Leeds outfit have been nominated for Best British Band, Best Live Band, Best Album, Best Track, Best Video and Best DVD.
They are the only band in the 50-year history of the awards to receive six nominations.
Oasis and Franz Ferdinand have been nominated in five categories with Arctic Monkeys shortlisted in four.
The winners will be announced in London on 23 February.
