Jennifer Lopez is to star in a new romantic comedy called 'Bridge and Tunnel'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of a stock trader (Lopez) who relies on the expertise of a suburban teenager who day trades at home on his computer.
The male lead has yet to be cast.
Production on the film is due to begin in the spring, with Robert De Niro serving as one of the producers through his company, Tribeca Productions.
The film will be directed by Greg Berlanti, creator of the US TV series 'Jack & Bobby' and 'Everwood'.
