After their sell-out show at The Village last September, African singers Amadou et Mariam - known as "the blind couple from Mali" - will play at Dublin's Olympia Theatre this March.
The duo have received much critical acclaim for their album 'Dimanche a Bamako' ('Sunday in Bamako'), which won a prestigious Les Victoires de la Musique award.
It was nominated by publications including The Observer Music Monthly, Mojo and The Times as an album of the year for 2005.
'Dimanche a Bamako' was produced by and features the celebrated French/Latin singer and political activist Manu Chao.
Amadou et Mariam, with special guest Emmanuel Jal, will play the Olympia Theatre on Thursday 2 March.
