Actress Renee Zellweger and country music star Kenny Chesney's annulment was finalised by Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
Documents obtained by American TV show 'Extra' state: "The judgment of nullity is entered...The parties are declared to be single persons."
The 'Bridget Jones' star filed for the annulment in September, just four months after she exchanged vows on the beach with Chesney in the Virgin Islands.
In court papers filed last September, Zellweger listed "fraud" as the reason she was seeking an annulment.
She later issued a statement saying the term was "simply legal language and not a reflection of Kenny's character."
