Actor Matt Damon married his girlfriend Lucianne Bozan in a private ceremony in New York on Friday.
The wedding was witnessed by Bozan's seven-year-old daughter.
It is Damon's first marriage and Bozan's second.
The actor, who is in New York shooting the Robert De Niro-directed 'The Good Shepherd' with Angelina Jolie, will be seen on Irish cinema screens in the New Year in the political thriller 'Syriana'.
