Actress Christina Applegate and her actor husband Johnathon Schaech have filed for a divorce after four years of marriage.
Their publicists, Ame Van Iden and Chuck James, confirmed the decision in a written statement yesterday saying: "The decision is mutual". No further details were released.
Applegate is best known for her role as Kelly Bundy in the comedy series 'Married with Children'. She also won an Emmy for her guest appearance on 'Friends'.
Schaech appeared alongside Tom Hanks in the 1996 movie 'That Thing You Do'.
