Simon Cowell has announced that he is working on a new reality music show 'Star Duets', which will see music stars team up with celebrities to perform duets in front of a live studio audience.
According to reports, each celebrity pair will be given a musical theme and asked to learn a song together, which they must then perform for a panel of judges. As with 'The X Factor' viewers will be given the chance to vote for their favourite act.
"We have already lined up an incredible cast for this new show," Cowell said in a statement. "There may be a few raised eyebrows when we announce who we've got."
The series will be broadcast on ITV next year, according to reports.
