It has been confirmed that U2 will continue their Vertigo world tour in 2006.
An announcement on the band's official website said that the tour would commence in early February with dates planned in Mexico, South America, New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
Details will be released in the coming weeks.
U2 are currently on tour in the US and played in San Francisco on Wednesday night.
