'EastEnders' star Ross Kemp has signed up for a further three months with the soap, after his return to Albert Square helped boost ratings.
Kemp had originally returned to the soap he left in 1999 on a three-week deal.
Over 13m people in the UK watched Kemp's return as Grant Mitchell to the soap last week.
His return will be followed by that of Mike Reid, who will reprise his role as Frank Butcher in December.
