'Desperate Housewives' star Nicollette Sheridan, who plays Edie Britt in the show, has split from her actor fiancé Nicklas Soderblom.
According to People magazine, Sheridan's publicist released a statement saying: "Nicollette Sheridan and Nicklas Soderblom have parted ways after a year and a half."
The statement also said: "They ask that you respect their privacy at this time." The couple got engaged last year.
The 41-year-old actress was previously married to actor Harry Hamlin.
