Lindsay Lohan and two other people were taken to hospital in California yesterday after the teen star's Mercedes-Benz collided with a van in West Hollywood.
The Hollywood Reporter says that witnesses said Lohan was trying to avoid paparazzi photographers when the accident occurred.
Lohan and her female passenger suffered minor injuries; the driver of the van was said to have suffered moderate injuries by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson.
The actress and singer was also involved in a traffic accident in June as she tried to evade a photographer who collided with her.
