Actor George Clooney has denied tabloid reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are secretly planning to get married at his villa in Italy.
Clooney told Associated Press Radio News: "I would know and I can tell you there's not going to be a secret wedding."
Clooney would not even confirm that Pitt and Jolie are a couple. He said he doesn't talk about his own personal life, let alone his friends.
However an Italian magazine recently quoted Clooney as saying he thought Pitt and Jolie made a good couple. "Another lie", he said and he has reportedly asked for a retraction and says he has been promised one.
