Jodie Foster is in talks to play the lead role in a new suspense thriller called 'The Brave One'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of a woman who survives a brutal attack and sets out for revenge and justice.
The plan is for the film to begin shooting in the winter.
Foster is currently shooting the new Spike Lee Film 'The Inside Man'.
