Model Kate Moss has accepted substantial undisclosed libel damages today over a claim that she collapsed in a cocaine coma.
The 31-year-old was not at London's High Court for the settlement of her action over a number of serious and defamatory allegations in the Sunday Mirror in January.
The newspaper's solicitor, Philip Conway, acknowledged that the allegations made against the model were wrong and apologised for the distress and embarrassment caused.
