It has been reported that Eminem will make his last solo appearance at his Slane concert in September.
The Detroit Free Press, quoting sources close to the 33-year-old, also said on Friday that Eminem's current album 'Encore' would probably be his last as he intends to focus on working as a record producer.
One insider said: "Marshall (Mathers, Eminem's real name) feels he's said everything he can say as Eminem. The idea that he intended this ('Encore') to be his last record is something that everyone on the inside circle has known for a while."
However, the newspaper also quoted Eminem's manager, Paul Rosenborg, as saying that no official decision had been made.
But Rosenborg also described Eminem's 'Encore' as "certainly the cap on this part of his career".
