Pop singer Beyoncé Knowles is being sued by a songwriter who claims that the star's hit single 'Baby Boy' was stolen from a track that she wrote.
Singer and songwriter, Jennifer Armour, from Minneapolis, filed a lawsuit in Houston, Texas earlier this week.
Armour claims that 'Baby Boy's lyrics and hook were stolen from a track which she penned entitled 'Got A Little Bit Of Love For You'.
'Baby Boy' was included on Beyoncé's 'Dangerously In Love' album, featuring Sean Paul as a guest vocalist.
A hearing in the copyright infringement case has been set for 28 October 2005.
