Actress Joely Fisher is to star in a number of episodes of the second series of 'Desperate Housewives'.
Variety reports that Fisher will play Lynette's (Felicity Huffman) boss in a multi-episode storyline in the next series.
Fisher's other TV credits include 'Grosse Pointe' and 'Ellen'.
It is also reported that several well-known actors are expected to appear in the next series of 'Desperate Housewives'.
