RTÉ Two is to broadcast the final Live 8 concert live from Edinburgh tonight.
The event at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, will air from 8pm and commentary will be provided by Dave Fanning.
Timed to coincide with the Long Walk to Justice rally in the city, the event is hosted by Lenny Henry and Peter Kay.
Irish acts Ronan Keating, The Corrs and Snow Patrol join Annie Lennox, Travis, The Sugababes, Beverly Knight, Natasha Bedingfield, Proclaimers, Texas, Youssou N’Dour, McFly, Bob Geldof, Midge Ure and African artists from Peter Gabriel’s Womad Festival, plus a line up of very special speakers.
