'Desperate Housewives' actor Cody Kasch will have marijuana possession charges against him dropped if he doesn't get arrested in the next year, a judge has ruled.
Kasch, who plays Zach Young in the television series, was arrested in Manhattan's East Village on 17 May, after he was allegedly seen smoking marijuana in public.
Manhattan Criminal Court judge Evelyn Laporte ordered Kasch to return to court in June 2006, saying that the fifth-degree drug possession charge would be dismissed if he has not had any further arrests.
