'Desperate Housewives' actor Cody Kasch, who plays Zach Young in the series, was arrested on a charge of possessing marijuana on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old actor was arrested on an East Village street in Manhattan, where he was allegedly seen smoking the drug in public.
Kasch was charged with fifth-degree drug possession and later released. No court date has been set.
Before landing the role in 'Desperate Housewives' Kasch made guest appearances on 'ER', 'Nash Bridges', 'Boston Public' and 'NYPD Blue'.
