'Will & Grace' star Megan Mullally is to get her own daytime chat show after she finishes working on the sitcom.
Mullally, who plays Karen Walker in the television series, is reported to be in the final stages of talks about presenting a chat show, which will begin in 2006.
According to reports the show will be designed to make the most of Mullally's comedy and music skills, as well as her personality.
NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution are reported to be behind the proposed show.
It was recently announced that 'Will & Grace' would run for an eighth season, but no announcement has been as to whether or not this is the last season.
Mullally earned five Emmy nominations for her portrayal of Grace's assistant Karen in 'Will & Grace', winning the award in 2000. She has also picked up three individual SAG Awards for the part.
