George Michael's car has been sold on the Internet for £11,600 after 10 days of bidding.
The black Range Rover was sold on eBay after sparking 39 offers, beginning at £3,000.
Michael, who will give the money raised to charity, bought the Range Rover for £50,000 in 1991.
The advert on the eBay website read: "This is a unique opportunity to own a car owned by one of the most talented singer/songwriters of modern times."
"It is without question a one-off, as this gentleman's vehicles never see the private ad columns and would normally be handed down to family or friends."
The car, which has a dent on the rear bumper and a few marks on the body, is fitted with a huge stereo system.
The vehicle hit the headlines in 1992 when it was clamped as the singer was preparing to go on a night out with supermodel Linda Evangelista.
