Jodie Foster is to star opposite Denzel Washington and Clive Owen in the new Spike Lee drama 'Inside Man'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of the battle of wits between a police officer and a bank robber who is trying to commit the perfect crime but finds himself in a hostage situation.
Foster will play a lawyer/power broker who complicates the stand-off.
The film is due to begin shooting in the early summer.
