'Charlie's Angels' star Lucy Liu is to play the lead role in a new horror thriller called 'Rise'.
Variety reports that Liu will play a reporter who wakes up in a morgue but discovers she is no longer alive.
She then swears revenge on the vampires who have put her there.
Principal photography is due to begin on the film in the summer. Lucy Liu will next be seen opposite Keira Knightley in the new Tony Scott film 'Domino'.
