'Coronation Street's Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) finally gets her claws into Steve (Simon Gregson) after months of trying.
The pair get together after Steve consoles Tracy following the funeral of her father Ray.
At first Steve tells Weatherfield's schemer that he will not be able to attend the funeral with her. But he feels guilty that there is no-one to support her, and he finally agrees.
A day later, Steve falls for the mother of his toddler daughter Amy, after thinking he has spotted her softer side.
Unfortunately Steve has a new girlfriend in the form of single mother Louise Hazel played by Irish actress Nora-Jane Noone.
After their steamy liaison, Steve and Tracy are not quite sure how to interact with each other.
A 'Coronation Street' spokeswoman said: "Viewers will have to see what happens next to the star-crossed lovers."
The scene will be broadcast on Monday night.
