The Streets have been nominated for two Ivor Novello Awards.
'Dry Your Eyes' has been shortlisted for Best Song Musically and Lyrically along with Natasha Bedingfield's 'These Words' and 'Everybody's Changing' by Keane.
The Streets also have a second nomination, with 'Blinded By The Lights' in the running for Best Contemporary Song.
It is up against 'Take Me Out', the track by award-winning rockers Franz Ferdinand, and 'For Lovers' sung by Wolfman and Pete Doherty, the troubled former singer of The Libertines.
U2's 'Vertigo' has been nominated for International Hit of the Year along with Limp Bizkit's 'Behind Blue Eyes' and Band Aid 20's 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'
George Michael's 'Amazing', Britney Spears' 'Toxic', and Jamelia's 'Thank You' are up for Most Performed Work.
The awards are held in honour of Ivor Novello, the British musician and songwriter who died in 1951.
