Actor Jonathon Morris has quit the reality television show 'The Games', claiming that he was mentally and physically exhausted.
Morris walked out of the Channel 4 celebrity sports show today, after coming last in the judges' scores following a vaulting challenge last night, despite recording a personal best.
The 'Bread' star told his fellow athletes: "Just like Germaine Greer did in 'Big Brother', I have completely underestimated the show and I'm going."
"I can't prepare or get ready physically and mentally and I am just getting worse and worse."
Morris will be replaced by former Hear'Say singer Danny Foster, who will begin training with the other athletes on the show, including Kirsty Gallacher, Chesney Hawkes and Craig Charles.
The celebrity athletes will compete against each other in 18 sporting disciplines before the winner is decided in April.
