Jude Law has pulled out of an appearance in Ricky Gervais' latest sitcom, 'Extras'.
According to reports, the 'Alfie' actor originally planned to make a cameo appearance on the show, but has now been forced to abandon the idea, because he is too busy.
Law is currently working on a remake of the classic 1949 drama 'All The King's Men', which also stars Sean Penn and Kate Winslet.
'Extras' follows Andy Millman, played by Gervais, a struggling actor who spends most of his time in the green room with his fellow extras.
Samuel L Jackson, Kate Winslet, Ben Stiller, Ross Kemp, Vinnie Jones and Les Dennis have signed up to play "twisted versions" of themselves in the series, which launches on the BBC in the summer.
